Terms of business

Offers and deliveries will only occur under following terms: Different terms need our explicit confirmation put down in writing.

1. All offers are subject to changes.

2. Delivery dates may vary. Stoppage, act of God or other circumstances out of our control release us from keeping those dates without offering title to claim for compensation or annihilation of contract.

3. Orders are only possible with prepayment or COD (cash on delivery - additional fee).

4. Shipping is only possible as secured package or registered parcel by Post or DPD.

5. The articles remain the property of us until full payment is received.

6. Place of performance is Geiselhöring and ruling authority for these demands is the court of Straubing.

7. Shipping to customers risk. In case of transport damages the responsible carrier is liable for compensation.

8. Placing the order approves our terms of business.

9. New lists and catalogues cancel former ones.

10. Except other notes all prices are in Euro with value added tax included, at this time 19%.

11. Should you have a complaint regarding a return please call us or send us an E-mail. Packages that are sent to us COD will not be accepted.

12. CANCELLATIONS (only for Europe)
You may cancel your order within 14 days in writing or e-mail us. If you already received the merchandise please return it to us, we will assume the postage for merchandise exceeding 40 Euro. Please get in touch with us before sending the merchandise.

13. GUARANTEE & LIABILITY
In case of shortages the purchaser can request a reduction or change of the invoice. Any deficiency of the merchandise should be reported within 30 days of receipt. We except no responsibility for damages caused by improper use or normal wear and tear. No claims for damages and replacement can be made because of delay ( non fulfillment ) or mishandling of merchandise, unless the customer can prove the damage was caused by negligent and deliberate action of the seller. In any case we shall only be liable for that which was foreseeable, considering the circumstances.
